We allow the return of all items within 14 days of your original order’s date. This return will be in the form of store credit or an exchange. If you’re interested in returning your items, send us an email with your order number and we’ll ship a return label.

How do I make changes to an existing order?

Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in “processing” status. Please contact our team via email and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it. If you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please contact us for any changes you may require.

For USA domestic orders, we offer standard USPS shipping at $7.99. Free shipping is offered with any purchases over $50.00

Do you ship internationally?

Our third-party provider offers international standard shipping. For ease to our customers, we offer a flat shipping rate of $26.99. QJNJERA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Free shipping over $50.00 is not currently offered.

QJNJERA, a play on the Shona word, Kuchenjera or cleverness, is the brainchild of a precocious 11-year-old with the support of his family and a windfall from a faerie godmother. The Maison, founded in Los Angeles in 2021, has a clean aesthetic blended with a South Los Angeles state of mind.
